There is always someone who tells you about their friend’s neighbour who went on the alcohol free, caffeine free, raw food only, vegan diet only to then finally get pregnant.
Sometimes this stuff just makes your heart sink and your will to go on fade from under you. If I’m honest it can make me throw my head in my hands and say “seriously? I have to do THAT as well?”

With any therapy / diet or approach you need to answer yes to these questions to know that it is the right thing for you. (Because FYI there is something inside your body that knows your body best of all and it’s called instinct)
1) Does it make actual sense to me / do I buy into the concept?
2) Does the thought of doing it feel right / lift me / feel positive?
If the answer to one or both is NO then it is either not right for you or it’s not right right now.
Your regime will be yours. It will be your timeline and incorporate your needs.
I PROMISE from the bottom of my heart after years of experience that doing things that simply make you feel totally shit and fed up are not the answer. You ARE allowed to tweak things, put things down and cut yourself some slack. You ARE allowed to create a regime that encourages your self care, self esteem and well being at the same time as helping your fertility.
