Catching Rainbows may from time to time make available services on the shopping pages of this Website which require registration. Catching Rainbows shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your Login Details. This does not affect our liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
If you need to cancel a session, please contact your practitioner as soon as possible by text, phone or email. (We cannot guarantee to pick up emails outside of office hours). No charge will normally be made in respect of sessions cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. However, if a client repeatedly cancels sessions, even with notice, we reserve the right to charge the full session fee for all missed or cancelled appointments. This is because your appointment time is reserved for you and no one else, and we may incur room hire and travel costs. Our practitioners cannot use reserved appointment times for any other clients or direct work.
Confirmation of acceptance of your order will be sent by email once payment for the order has been received. All Orders whether placed on the Website or by another method, will be subject to our acceptance in accordance with the Terms. Should the order not be fulfilled in whole or in part, we will refund the overpaid amount to you as soon as reasonably possible.
Any offers for goods at discounted prices, including those detailed on the Website, may be made available from time to time for you to order for a limited period of time, or under limited conditions, as stated in that offer.
All prices are displayed on the Website in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate charged in the UK.
Method of Payment
We accept VISA, Master Card, Switch or Maestro payment through a secure Paypal account. We also accept payment via BACS or in cash for our 1:1 support services.
Your goods will be available for you to download within 24 hours of purchasing. If you experience any technical difficulties with downloading your goods, please contact us at email@example.com and we will ensure that you receive a response from our support team within 3 working days.
Catching Rainbows will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
If either you or we are in breach of the arrangements under these terms, neither of us will be responsible for any losses that the other suffers as a result, except those losses which are a foreseeable consequence of the breach. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by both you and us at the time you place an Order.
There are no refunds for Catching Rainbows services, products or memberships, unless stated and agreed prior to purchase.
Membership of any group or service provided by The Website is for a period of 12 months, unless otherwise specified. Membership is a recurring annual subscription. You can cancel it at any time, and still access the product / group for the year you have already paid for. In addition, by signing up to any group on The Website, you are obligated to abide by our community rules.
In order for Catching Rainbows to create membership services, it is not possible to permit shared membership arrangements.

Unless otherwise specified the copyright in the contents of all the pages in this Website are owned by or licensed to Catching Rainbows. Please provide full details of the nature of your complaint, including the services or products purchased, your order number, your name, address, daytime telephone number, email address and any other information which you think will assist us in resolving your problem as quickly as possible. Our Support team will deal with your complaint as quickly as possible.
It is hoped that most complaints can be resolved by a discussion between the service user and Catching Rainbows. Catching Rainbows is committed to providing a high standard of service, however it is recognised that sometimes the users of the service may not be happy with the way services have been provided. In these circumstances Service users will be given details of how to invoke the formal complaints procedure.
Formal stage 1:
An Independent Person is appointed to investigate the complaint and report back to Catching Rainbows. The Independent Person’s findings will be responded to within 28 days. Should the Complainant not be satisfied, then he / she can request that the matter move on to the Second Formal Stage. This should be done within twenty-eight days of the completion of the First Stage.
Formal stage 2:
The complaint will be referred to the practitioners respective professional bodies.
Who may complain?
Anyone who is receiving a service from Catching Rainbows. Representations may be submitted on behalf of those receiving a service.
What may be complained about?
Any aspect of the service provided by Catching Rainbows. Should the matter not be the responsibility of Catching Rainbows then assistance should be offered to help the complainant find the right channel.
Time limit for complaints
The time limit is one year from the date on which the complainant became aware of the problem, unless their is a genuine issue of vulnerability on behalf of the complainant, Catching Rainbows believes there is still benefit to the complainant in proceeding or there is still sufficient information to enable a fair investigation to be carried out.

Catching Rainbows Fertility collects and uses certain types of information about individuals who we come in to contact with through the organisation.
We deeply respect your personal information, and are aware of the importance of handling data safely and securely and we have robust systems in place to ensure that this happens.
Catching Rainbows Fertility is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and abides by the principles set out in the General Data Protection Regulation May 2018.
How do we collect information about you?
We collect information when you contact us either to make an enquiry regarding our products or services, to use our services, or to subscribe to our mailing list to receive our newsletters or to download our free resources.

How do we safeguard this information?
- Catching Rainbows Fertility opens a file at the time of an initial enquiry or referral, and copies of consultations and any correspondence are kept electronically and where appropriate as hard copies.
- 1-1 clients will be asked to provide personal data confidentially. This will be recorded and stored under password protection on the personal computer of the practitioner the client is working with. Cathryn & Lucy will occasionally need to share this information if relevant to the client and consent will be obtained for this. Emails will be password protected in this instance.
- All computer files are backed up and secured.
- Paper files are stored in locked cabinets and offices are locked whenever they are empty.
- Communication between us (the practitioner) and the client will take place by email or text or phone call and consent will be obtained for this via the initial consultation form.
Who has access to your information?
Access is limited to only those team members who need your details to provide the service to you. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties and we will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Whilst we take appropriate measures, both technical and organisational, to safeguard your personal data, we cannot guarantee that transmissions over the internet are totally secure. However, we are happy to send out all our plans for you as password protected PDF’s, or to use a secure email email system if you request this.
Transfer of your information outside Europe?
We only transfer information outside Europe for those clients that request our services in non-European countries.
How do we retain your Information?
We will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it is obtained. Unless otherwise stated, this will usually involve data being kept for a period three years on the basis of legitimate business interest because many of our clients return to have support for subsequent fertility journeys. If you do not want this then records can be deleted prior to this time.
From time to time we will ask you to confirm whether you wish to remain on our mailing list, but you can opt out of this any time by notifying us directly.

How do I opt out?

Catching rainbows staff have a professional obligation to breech confidentiality and inform the appropriate authorities if any information causes concern about an individual’s safety or about illegal activities.
Catching Rainbows staff work under supervision. This means that issues relating to sessions may be shared with each other, or with a clinical supervisor. Please be assured, that as the clinical supervisor is also bound by professional codes of conduct, your information will remain confidential.
Please note that as email is stored on third party servers, it may be advisable to discuss confidential matters via letter, phone or in person.
Cathryn Franks is registered with the independent health regulator, The Health and Care Professions Council, and is chartered by the British Psychological Society, and bound by their code of conduct and disciplinary procedures.
